Did you know you can easily view reflections and resources that staff have added to their records in the reports? To do this, click Reports, select a record type (e.g. Quality Assurance, Appraisal etc.) then click the Details tab.
Here you should be able to view all records that you have permission to access, and you can filter this list to display records with or without Reflections, Resources or Actions using the options on the left. For example, if you select WITH under Reflections and click Apply, this has provided 2 records in our school:
You can see how many reflections, resources or actions a record includes using the information provided under the record name. If a record does contain a reflection, resource or action, the icon will be displayed blue. For example, in the above screenshot we can see that the first Appraisal record has 1 reflection and 1 resource attached.
To view the associated reflections, resources or actions, click into the record name. Under each Focus Area, there is a count of each item shown, so you can use this to see where the information is shown.
In the example record above, scrolling down the record shows these reflections and resources under the 'Objective 1 - Whole School' Focus Area. Click on the blue bar to expand this for more information. Here you can see the text that has been entered for reflections, who added this and the date and time this was added.
If a file has been uploaded as a resource, this will give you the option to download this to your computer, and you can click the heart icon on the right to like this. You can also see who uploaded this, the date and time this was added, and the name and privacy of the file. If a link has been entered as a resource, you can view the details for this, including the name, URL and any comments added.
A video tutorial demonstrating the above is available to download below.
