Any of the reports can be exported to Excel as a table/list for additional analysis or manipulation. You can do this via Reports > ‘Export’ located on the right hand side of each report.
You can export the Staff report or the Summary or Details reports for the selected record type. You can also drill down on a staff members name to view and export their record details.
Depending on your browser you’ll then be prompted to open or save the export in Excel. If there are filters applied on the left of the report, they will be detailed in the export too. You can scroll down in this article to see examples of different exports and how they look in Excel.
Exporting the Summary, Details or Focus Area reports will not include charts. However, you can download each individual chart as an example by clicking on the 3 horizontal lines in the top right, then click ‘Download Image’.
Depending on your browser, the download should be saved to your local Downloads folder and appear at the bottom of your browser to open/view.
