There are times when you could receive a warning that a pop-up blocker is currently enabled, which may prevent you from accessing some pages of Sisra Observe. In this case, you will need to allow pop-ups for each service in order for the download pop-up to appear. Below is an explanation on how to enable pop- ups in different browsers.
Chrome
When using Chrome, if your pop-ups are being blocked, the following ‘Pop-up blocked’ icon should appear in your address bar. Click this, then to allow pop-ups for this site select ‘Always allow pop-ups from…’ > ‘Done’. This will allow the download pop-up to appear next time you click the download link.
Safari
If you’re unable to open separate tabs or links from Observe within Safari, click the Cog icon > ‘Block Pop-Up Windows’ to remove the tick.
Alternatively, click ‘Preferences…’ to open up a separate window, followed by the Security tab. You should then have the option to remove the tick from ‘Block Pop-Up Windows’.
Firefox
Within Firefox you should be presented with a yellow banner just below your address bar. Click ‘Options’ > ‘Allow pop-ups for…’. This will allow the download pop up to appear next time you click the download link.
Opera
When using Opera, if your pop-ups are being blocked a ‘Pop-up blocked’ notification should appear in your address bar. Click this, then select ‘Always allow pop-ups from…’. This will allow the download pop up to open next time.
Internet Explorer
We no longer recommend using Internet Explorer for Sisra Observe, owing to the fact that Microsoft no longer support this. If you use Internet Explorer currently, we would strongly advise switching to one of the above mentioned web browsers instead.
