Contract Enquiries
Your Observe agreement will commence on the Contract Commencement Date and continue for the initial term to which you signed up for. This agreement will automatically renew for successive periods equivalent to the duration of your initial term, unless we receive written notice at least 90 days before your renewal date. Account Review Meetings
We offer free, regular account review meetings with your Customer Success Manager here at Juniper, to ensure you are receiving maximum value from the service. This is a 15-30 minute meeting and can be conducted via Microsoft Teams. This can be used to discuss your usage of the system, allowing us to understand your long-term goals and help us support you as best as we can. We can also use these to discuss additional solutions we provide at Juniper, which may be able to help you in other areas of school life.
