You can apply weightings to outcomes within outcome sets to produce averages against each focus area within the reports. By default, all outcomes are not weighted therefore no averages will be produced.
To add weightings to your outcomes, click Admin > Templates > Outcome Set, then click into an outcome set name. Then next to the Outcome List, click Edit Values. Enter your custom weightings in the 'Value' column and click Save.
When the outcome set has been saved, the averages will be automatically produced within the reports for any focus areas which use these outcomes. To view these, click Reports. The Average Outcome column will be displayed on the right of the Summary report with a tool-tip (little ? icon) to help explain how the average outcome is generated. The actual weightings behind the outcomes will not be visible via the Reports and only SISRA Admins will be able to access these via the Admin area.
The average outcome will also be displayed on the Focus Area report, which you can access by clicking into a focus area name from the Summary Report and scrolling down.
