These provide an example of a knowledge audit, a form to assess department knowledge and enable leaders to arrange additional support if needed. This form is an English Department Knowledge Audit but can be easily adapted for other departments. This includes:
- Knowledge Audit Guide - This includes screenshots of how this knowledge audit record could look when set up, and goes through the Outcome Sets, Fields and Focus Areas which you would need to add to your setup in order to replicate this.
- Knowledge Audit Record - This provides an example of how the record will look once the set up is complete, if following the example provided.
