View Access List
You can quickly see which members of staff can access a record by viewing the access list. To do this, navigate to Records > then click on the record you want to view. Then on the record details page, click View Access List on the right hand side.
You will then be able to see a list of users that can access the selected record, and below a list of users that can't.
