Class contexts are details about each class that can be imported and displayed when completing a record and viewing a record in the Details reports area.
You can create up to nine additional class contexts to provide extra information for your observers before they enter the classroom. Some examples include:
- On Roll
- No. Males / Females
- PP / SEN
- % High/Middle/Low Attainers
Class data files are used to import class details. This includes information such as the team, class, year group / course level and any class contexts that have been defined in the Class Context Profile. This information can be extracted from your MIS (if used) into Excel, ran through the Sisra Observe Excel Add-In and then imported into Observe. Once imported, this will link to the teams you created and populates the class details in relevant records and reports.
