You can edit the details of any new or draft record. Examples of could be if you needed to:
- Enter a date for a record, to allow you to publish it
- Change the associated Category, Year Group or Focus Groups
- To amend the name of the record
- To change the Observer/Owner, the Observee (Staff, Team or Department) or Class
Published records are only able to be edited once they have been unpublished. To edit a record, navigate to the Records area, click the Records tab, and click on the record name.
Then click ‘Edit Details’. If the record has been published, you must click ‘Unpublish’ before this will be available.
This will allow you to edit the category, record name or date by clicking into the text boxes or select/unselect additional details, like Focus Groups.
To edit an observer/owner, department, team, staff or class, click ‘Click to add’. To remove existing selections, click the red X. Then, click ‘Save’.
Once you have made your changes, if it is a completed record that needs to be reincluded in the reports for analysis, click 'Publish'.
