What is Staff data used for?
Staff data populates Sisra Observe with the names and details of the members of staff at your school and is required before you can create any records.
Once created, members of staff will then be available to select when creating a record. They will also become filters within the reports, to allow you to view figures on a specific member of staff. This also provides staff analysis in the reports, such as viewing the number of outcomes each staff member has achieved in a particular focus area, as shown in the example below:
Staff members can also be linked to their user accounts within the Admin > Users > User List section. This will play a part in determining which records your users are able to view, so this must be populated accurately.
Staff data can be imported in bulk via an Excel file or created manually, one by one. You can also filter your reports by information associated to your staff (e.g. to view performance by Role and more).
