Records allow staff to document and log different activities at school, from Lesson Observations to Appraisals and CPD. These records can then be tracked and analysed within the reports, so you can see where you are at with teaching and learning and make informed decisions around CPD and support. Records can also be evidenced, by adding reflections, resources, and follow on actions too!
As such, creating records can be created as and when you need to, or in advance.
