Creating Class Contexts
To create class contexts, click Admin > Data > Classes > Class Contexts tab, then click ‘Create Class Context’.
Then enter a clear class context name, which will pull through to the records and reports when published. Next, enter a default value (e.g. N), which will be used if there are any blank cells imported in your class data for this context, then click ‘Create’. Repeat this process to create all necessary class contexts. |
Defining your Class Context Profile
The next step is to define your Class Context Profile to tell Observe which class contexts to include in your class data files.
To do this, click Class Context Profile tab > ‘Edit Columns’. Then, select the class context(s) in the next available dropdowns and click ‘Save’. You should then see an file format example of what data will be expected in your file.
