All users set up within Sisra Observe can access our help centre, which contains a wide range of useful articles, template examples, and handouts, all to help you and your staff utilise the service. This includes information on how to create records, completing records, adding evidence and follow on actions, to analysing data in the reports!
To open the help centre, click Help in the top right corner of any page in Sisra Observe, which will then open this in a separate tab in your browser.
Contacting Customer Support - ADMINS
Sisra Admins or users with access to the 'Admin' section within Sisra Observe, can contact the Sisra Customer Support team via Live Chat, during opening hours, or by leaving a message outside of opening hours.
Live Chat is available 9am to 5pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. As such, if you're unable to find the help you need within the Sisra Observe Help Centre, you can pop onto Live Chat to speak to one of the support team in real time!
To access Live Chat, click the button in the bottom right corner of any page within Observe.
You can then enter your query and the chat bot will try to find any relevant articles which might help.
If you are unable to find an answer to your question, you can then click 'Get in touch' followed by 'Live Chat', enter your query and click 'Start Chat' to connect with a support operator.
Alternatively, you can click 'Leave a message' for a reply to be sent to you via email instead.
Having problems accessing Live Chat?
We recommend asking your local IT department to ensure *.zopim.com is on your accepted list of your firewall.
Outside of opening hours you can still click Support and 'Leave a message' and we will get back to you via email as soon as we can. Please include as much detail as possible, as this helps to ensure we can help you with your query as effectively as we can.
